Travellers are responsible for having a valid passport, visa and required travel documents.

Visa processing times are outside our control, and delays or refusals may result in additional costs.
Flights
Flight prices and availability can change until tickets are confirmed and issued.
Tickets, deposits and fares may be non-refundable according to the airline’s conditions.
Flight changes, delays and cancellations are subject to the airline’s policies.
Hotels
Hotel availability and prices are subject to change until confirmed.
Standard check-in and check-out times apply.
Alternative accommodation may be offered if the selected hotel becomes unavailable.
Payments & Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit may be required.
Outstanding balances must be paid by the agreed deadline.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and amendment charges may apply.
Refunds depend on the applicable airline, hotel or supplier conditions.
Unused portions of packages may be non-refundable.
Baggage
Baggage allowances are determined by the airline and ticket type.
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend obtaining suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, delays and baggage.

Travellers are responsible for checking the latest visa, vaccination, health and entry requirements for their destination.

Third-Party Services
Flights, hotels, transport and visa services may be provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and conditions. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee third-party performance.
Events Beyond Our Control
Nexus Aviation is not responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including war, terrorism, strikes, natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, airport closures or public health emergencies.
